Yes... never take your eye off the ball.. I can't remeber that first cigy I had.. Nor how I got back to here.. well it was borrow one of someone.. then start buying 10, then 20... You have to ALWAYS REMEBER AND REMIND YOURSELF. I know I will stop again because I used to love not being a smoker.. I didn't miss it at all.. or crave.. thats why I am kicking myself. Thats it.. I'm stopping again tonight..

Here are my stats... Todays Date: 5/30/2006 My Milage: My Quit Date: 11/11/2004 Smoke-Free Days: 565 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 11,308 Amount Saved: 2542.5 Life Gained: Days: 57 Hrs: 16 Mins: 35 Seconds: 29 At least they would be if I hadent started smoking again 4 weeks ago... I'm back to 20 a day and desperate... How did I let this happen... I have come back here to try to remind myself of how I was doing.. If only I had looked at these stats six weeks ago. I would have been so proud. I HAVE to stop again! If I could do it for over a year I can do it again.... I'm not sure if I am ready... I've stopped again and it feels good. 48 hours now, and to be honest it feels like it did 4 weeks ago when I hadn't smoked for over a year! You just have to comit to do it again and it isn't that bad at all!! :-)

The sooner the better.... I'm really sorry about your relapse. I would be so thrilled with myself to have your stats/numbers. Don't go a day longer thinking like a smoker. Get yourself back to where you were. You know the drill and you know all of us will be here if you need us. Resetting your meter is totally up to you. If you are asking what I would do ... I'd reset my meter ... but that is just me. And I totally agree with everyone here about not beating yourself up. Please don't do that. Hi there. I'd say that the sooner you restart your Quit the better. What triggered the failure in your Quit? Is there anything that we all can learn from this?
