Yes, it has been two years but I will keep this brief.
I want you all to know that after the first six months it has been relatively easy for me to stay quit. I say this to give hope to those who think quitting is unbearably difficult, it doesn�t have to be.
I am tired now and will leave this stage to retake my seat at the back of the stalls as there are much younger quitters here whose stats are far more deserving of praise and I praise you all as you make your very distinctive marks in your battles to overcome this terrible addiction. I implore you all to keep on.
On this occasion I choose not to reply individually to those who posted here but to just say thank you all, your kind and loving words mean everything.
It�s been fun and my promise still rests with my very special quit buddy, I will remain smokefree until the last.
