Hi, Struggling. Sorry I didn't see this way earlier.
I smoked a pack a day for about 39 years. This is my first real quit. I haven't relapsed, I haven't had even one puff since 10:20 PM, Sunday, May 22, 2005. So everyone doesn't relapse or slip.
Keep that thought. Just because others are slipping and sliding doesn't mean you have to. I know that reading about it triggers a "I wish I could" sequence, but that's just that opportunistic, self-centered junkie trying to undo the work you've done. Don't let him!
