Awwwwwww bless you Luna and Pen. I was so touched when I saw your post. I really can not believe that it is 3 years already - where did it go? And especially in those first few weeks when time itself seemed to stand still and every day was a struggle to get through.... So it was just as well we had each other to sympathise, amuse and share with each other, even though at least one of us was recalcitrant! The Crabby-Ass club, the Siren's Song....great memories. For all those still floating in the discontinuity of the space-time continuim, - yes there is life after quitting! Thank you JohnW, a most special friend. A big hello and thankyou to JessieMarie, Casey, Cuddles and Itsironic! Together we are all stronger. More messages....how wonderful... Cheers Rachel! Lovely to see you here. Trudy and Luci-Lou - you are into your second month already. I know how hard that last month was...remember it well - you do not want to repeat it EVER right? Phoenix - awesome stats. Actually 3 years is not so amazing....2 months is amazing because the struggle at the beginning is the hard bit. It gets easier and easier as you go. Sunshine - you are not so much of a baby one any more. You are getting dangerously near to 'experienced' LOL. 100 days plus is a great place to be...if you imagine a hill walk, you have just done the steep bit at the beginning and things will start to even out really soon now. Do not despair if you feel a bit down, I predict you will be feeling a lot better in 2 weeks time. :) Thank you all for the greetings and congratulations! Lizzie :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 4/23/2003 Smoke-Free Days: 1101 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 16,517 Amount Saved: 4954.5 Life Gained: Days: 107 Hrs: 3 Mins: 21 Seconds: 39
