Hey Guys, Thank you and yes, Rusty, it has been awhile. I found that I could breathe again(as well as loosing weight), and wow. I no longer sit for long...that means not as much time for computers. My rewards?!?!?! Gosh!! My biggest rewards aren't materialistic. But...they are. BIGGEST ONE...I FEEL BETTER No longer controlled by the habit which includes the following. I can make it through a movie at a theater with out fitting half way though. I enjoy movies again. This can go for restraunts and other places too that don't allow smoking. I no longer find myself running out at 10 pm JUST for a pack of smokes. The house smells better, and so do I as far as that is concerned. I definately can smell it on hubby, who is still struggling. He is very wonderful in the fact that he smokes outside though. Money...I find that I can "afford" those little things that I couldn't before. (I have 4 kids...I can't afford anything...lol) I have about 30 more pounds that I want to loose...I am hoping to do that before my birthday at the end of June. If I accomplish that...I will be buying a new wardrobe as well as going horseback riding this summer when the rental stables open on the beach near where I live. Hey Chicken...lol...it's fine...that was funny. I can see how someone would look at the screen name and go...what, what what?!?! It stands for everyone in my family. Hey all again...especially those struggling with the first few months. Hold on...it does get better. I can say that the urges have subsided massively. I no longer reach for them at all. My only thing is when I have had alcohol to drink and even then it's not too bad. There is light at the end of the tunnel...and it's bright and beautiful. Perfect song to find and play when going through a rough spot...Wilson Phillip's Hold on. It helped me through a few. It states it all and it's soo up beat that you can't help but to find yourself feeling better. It's been awhile since I posted...but I just had to come in and post that I have made 1 year!!! And on top of it, I have found the energy and breathing space to get out and excersize, which has lead to a 47 pound weight loss. ;p My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/26/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 365 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 7,315 Amount Saved: $1642.5 Life Gained: Days: 30 Hrs: 18 Mins: 26 Seconds: 22
