I cant believe I made it. One year, and not even one puff... not one!!! I never thought I could do it, but you all did, so thank you to all who have come before me who pulled me along, and all who were behind me pushing me forward. thank you to the specialists, you are always helpful, and motivational. thank you to my friends that I have made on here who went through this battle with me. WE DID IT!! And finally... Thank you to me, for caring enough to stop killing myself with cigarettes who never gave me anything in return but a cough, weakness, and an aweful smell about me! lol... Still.. LIving strong, and living long.. seems like just yesterday I wrote that for the first time, it is hard to believe it has been a year... NO regets. Dont miss smoking, can't believe I wasted so much time, energy, health, and money on them... take care all, and to all you newbies, STICK WITH IT... If I can do it, you can... anyone can.
