Thanks for remembering, N2K, my cheeks ache from smiling all day. I love it the smog is GONE forever. After MANY decades and all my adult life smoking this is really HUGE :) I have a rant in me. I want to make it absolutely clear that, altho' it's agony in the beginning, the rest of your life is so much better. I quit smoking and joined the gym and I have never felt or looked better in my life. Let's talk energy. I did the big clean last week. You know the one where you take down the curtains, clean out the closets and so forth.......a walk in the park, my dears. Breath is life as they say in yoga. Did I tell you all I am taking a pilates class. Yep, love it. And I am no spring chicken but there is nothing I can't do. Enough of that.....I could write a book. Anyone need an inspirational speaker?LOL. I have always been a believer in rewards and for this milestone I am getting a puppy. Well, actually a rescued dog...he's four and a yorkie, sooooo cute. A little buddy to walk with me. How good is that. I always feel grateful for stumbling across this wonderful site and for the amazing support here. I grew up in a household of criticsism(sp) and have really thrived on the positive reinforcement that is here at SSC. Pen wrote a post recently about the site being exclusive that touched me. I have been here a long time and felt somewhat excluded so todays recognition really was special. That long ago post was a bit of humor, N2K,so glad someone "got it". No harm intended.
