To all who responded to my post " back to day 1" I thank you. My doctor called me to his office yesterday and said that it would be best if I waited to use the wellbutern as the depression might just be a temperary thing. He said that I should just get back on the patch so I am no longer nekid and just as the red spots started to fade out I have renewed their contract. I have learned a lot about myself the last couple of days and I have found that smoking that pack of cigarettes only compounded my problems as the guilt was overwellming and I felt lost without this group. The funny part is that even though I felt like SH** while somking, I kept on puffing. How sick can you get? I have decided to take a chapter from Butterfly Swimmers book and make a promise to post when I feel weak and wait for responces before giving up. Bogbott: I have reset my meter as of today. I hope you are still hanging in there. You will be leading the way for me. Jose: You were right. the cigaretts did nothing for me. In fact they made things worse. Healer: Thank You for the kind words. They were needed. Lady: You have helped so many of us. Thanks for taking the time to help me with my problems. I will take your words to heart. Quitter: Your post on depression was a big help to me and I will keep what you said in mind. Especially the part about a mental health day. Jacky: I agree. fooling your spouse is not good, although I think she noticed before I fessed up. The hurt look on her face was devestating. Redrosie: What can I say? If ever I wanted to stick my head in the sand it's now. Good luck on the beach!!! I will grab a Telescope, climb a hill and see if I can see you. Shevie: Thank you for careing. My resolve is stronger now and I will make it this time. Ladybugg: I read and reread the post that you bumped for me and then I printed it out to paste on my computer to read when I need it. Thank You. Butterfly Swimmer: You have set such a wonderful example for me to follow and I look forward to your posts. Sunshine: Soon you to will be on the beach. Congratulations!!!!! Thank you for the blessings that you sent to me they are needed. I wanted to thank all of y

jan, What kind of meds does your Doc. have you on to change you from a bogbott to a fred? LOL. I'd ask for a refund if I were you. Nothing against all the lovely Freds out there. Kaiser I think you need to check for ID before you go anywhere with this lady, er man, er lady. :) redrosie

Kaiser... I'm late (again) I'm glad to see you back on track. I seem to have missed this thread a couple of days ago but somehow knew you were back on your quit. Keep putting one foot in front of the other. You know what it takes. Just keep doing it for five minutes at a time. Ihope it is all going well for you. No matter what, don't ever give up on you! You are worth it.
