Tony...First of all let me congratulate you on 32 days quit. That is awesome. I know you don't want to hear this, but you are still early in your quit. However, you have come far enough to know that you don't need to smoke. There seems to be a period of depression around the 30 day mark. A lot of quitters around here have gone through it. Go ahead and cry, kick, scream, whatever it takes to get through it. Just don't smoke. Even if it means spending a couple of days in bed. We've all done it. Hang in there. It gets so much better and you are almost there. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/1/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 216 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,329 Amount Saved: $756 Life Gained: Days: 19 Hrs: 1 Mins: 53 Seconds: 46

You people need a 30 day blah party. It helps. Put on some music and take a nonsmoking trip the some virtual place that sounds like fun. Be creative.... This quit can be fun. There were about 30 of us when I quit and we did the party thing to get through the hard times. We laughed until we cried. Trust me it helps. Just do a search on some of the Smober threads. We had a blast! You are all doing great and you CAN make it through this tough time. Stick together and support each other. Hi, Tony. I think Lady hit the mark with the 30-day "hump". If so, it will pass in a couple of days, or so. You're thinking about smoking about 3 times a day. Didn't you use to crave a dozen times a day just a few weeks ago. That sounds like good progress to me. :) It goes slowly, Tony. Don't rush it and don't think something's wrong if your progress isn't as quick as someone else's . We're all different and so are our quits. Just remind yourself that progress is occurring. So you've been quit 32 glorious days and that's just fantastic! Reward yourself. Go do something you really enjoy doing, or buy yourself a present. Spend nothing, or spend a million. It's your reward, it's your choice. But you've certainly earned it and you deserve it. :) Shevie My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/23/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 255 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,110 Amount Saved: $969 Life Gained: Days: 47 Hrs: 15 Mins: 10 Seconds: 5
