Cuddles- I agree. Not posting is not going to help (love those double negatives!!) If you want to quit smoking, you have to quit smoking. DUH............throw the things out, get some Nicorette or patches, see your MD if you think that will help, and spend hours here talking to us. You can see that I quit a little bit ago, and I am here a lot, still, because I need the reassurance that I am not nuts. Nicotene (can't spell it, doesn't deserve to be spelled right anyway....) is such a nasty drug, especially when you SMOKE IT!!! I am still using the Nicorette gum off and on, alternating with regular gum. It's a tough road, but I just can't smoke anymore. And! There are side benefits. I smell good! My house smells Good! My car is a disaster, but i"ll get to that...I can breathe again and laugh again without hacking all the time.
Stick around, Cuddles- we know you can do it!!
