Thanks everyone. Its really nice to look in and see that we are all still at it hard. Not smoking takes a long time to get used to and I know that I haven't passed all the triggers yet. But still am determined to make it to not ever smoking again. This site and all the people old and new have been a tremendous help and brought me new friends.
