Wow...guys..Six months...it is so awesome to be at this point in my quit...the lung specialist....kept on saying if you make it to the halfway mark...it will really pay-off being smoke-free....I never thought in my wildest dreams that I would get to this point and feel good about it.....I learned that you can deal with stress,anger,hurt,life,etc.. without your thoughts telling you that you can not cope without a cig.....if you give yourself enough time to apply your new life skills...they do begin to work for you....Never give up on yourself....Half a year...smoke-free... with your help and support gave me the extra push and the kick in the pants when needed...
