She'll never tell Lainey. I think it's her secret. Cuddles I think you had a certain someone in mind when you bumped this? ;)

Joe, You must have your own private internet, you always find gold the rest of us miss!
The message you found can apply to many things in life, especially a quit. Flexibility can get you through some tough times - that and patience.
I wondered though after reading this -- doesn't the type of personality you have come into play as well? If you're a perfectionist type person, a "type A", if you will, are you a person who will be better at planning your quit down to the detail? If you are laid back, will you have an easier time of quitting because you don't "worry" or stress out as much? If you're lazy or procrastinate, will you just put off or not plan your quit at all and set yourself up to fail?
This is definitely open for discussion :)

How right you are!
You haven't failed until you quit trying.

Cuddles
It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit......
