Redrosie says it all, and I will add Breath. Remember to breath. Sucking the air into your lungs and belly helps to oxygenate the blood which helps to move all the other stuff through our system. Breath, breath, breath. You might also remember that you might need to find a quiet, secluded little place to let outa few yells or screams. That might move some energy.
