Hi Gazza, just read your last post :-( it is hard, I feel like I'm going demented sometimes and that all that will help is a cigarette. Having said that I don't miss smelling like an ashtray and am certainly benefitting from feeling better with a few extra in my pocket. I'm using nothing other than will power; cold turkey is hard but huge satisfaction from knowing that I can do it.

Hi Vicki, bad bad day today.....didn't smoke but my god I could have killed someone :-( The cravings are so bad at the moment they sweep over me and envelope me. The only thing stopping me is the cost and the simple fact that I do actually feel SO much better. Things will be better tomorrow hopefully.
