Thanks everyone. I just felt like celebrating a little bit. I worked on my motorcycle today since the first time since I quit smoking. That was a trigger for me and I did not smoke. I choose to be a non smoker. For me, feeling like a non smoker has a lot to do with realizing I have had this monkey on my back, this cigarette addiction, dictating how I ran my life and influencing how I interacted with other people. Smoking has held me back. I am not going to let a stinky habit hold me back anymore. Feeling like a non-smoker now. It can still be hard at times but it passes pretty quickly. I can live with this. I have not smoked a cigarette since Dec. 2nd.
