Hi Ann & her hubby!
Congratulations on your quit!! What a great decision you both have made!
My hubby and I quit together as well. It really was not as bad as most people, me included, thought it would be. We were not at eachothers throats. We never picked a fight with eachother. Etc, Etc...
I wish both of you well! Luck has nothing to do with it! This is your choice, and yours alone. You are choosing not to smoke.
My advice: take one craving at a time. Thats it. Do not look beyond that, for now. Drink TONS of water. Suck on hard candies. Eat licorice. Go for lots of walks. And take it easy the next few days! Get plenty of rest. Take naps if you want.
Pamper yourselves right now. Be gentle and kind. You will make it!!
