Knight Ang, I am still here, I had very hard 30-days celebration and for a couple of days I was an emotional wreck. I felt so sorry for myself and I wanted a cigarette really bad, but I didn't give in. I would never forgive myself if I did. Today it's much better and I am so proud that I am still smoke-free. ang, Yeah for getting to be in the Non-smoker line up. :) Great mug shot! I am doing good today. I have quit before, I smoked off and on for the last 15 years. More on. I quit as long as a year and one quit was for 6 months, and then the half --s'd atempts that I wasn't really serious about but felt guilty that I should "try". None of them EVER felt so complete like this one. My desire is here on this one. I don't feel like going back. Thanks for checking in - I am feeling good. Exercise is easier too - I just lost another size - so my quit is not undoing my weight loss plan either. I am WORKING it! and actually loving to share my successes right now. They are firing me up to keep going! :p My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/21/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 35 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 214 Amount Saved: $47.25 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 0 Mins: 2 Seconds: 27

Well done all you Knights!! I was at a client's office for the first time the other day and asked what the 'house rules' were and was told the only one really was no smoking. I replied - "thats ok because I don't smoke". How cool is that!!! Hello fellow Knight !! I am doing pretty good... glad to hear you are doing so well. The last time I tried to quit I lasted for 3 weeks. It was much harder for me then too. I believe that last time, I left myself an out and so when it got hard I jumped ship. This time, I haven't given myself an out.. I have totally decided that I am done being controlled by something that only hurts me. It was more than an addiction it was like being codependent on cigarettes. I hope you don't turn back.. I'm pulling for you !! Stay strong.. Hey, so today is beautiful out! I am for sure going for a walk with my dog!!! I think its day 54 for me. Not craving which is good. Yesterday one of our managers at training asked us if anyone smoked. I was proud not to have to put my hand up and join almost everyone except one girl who smoked in the group! It was a happy feeling. It's not everyday that you can say your a non smoker!! :-) So that was a good point of yesterday!! :-) I am happy being smoke free and dont see much of a difference, I try to continuly hold onto my quit and I know its for the better. My last quit attempt i only made it to a month!! Now Im just flying through my last quit attempt. But I worry that what if the circumstances are better to quit now that before? If they are thats good in a way but I also worry about things getting harder soon. Which i know they will with moving and starting a new job, I am excited but also very scared and sad. But hey I just will take one day at a time!! How are my Knights doing? And everyone else??? Happy Wednesday All! Happy to say that I am a Fellow Knight ... Happy to say that today I am still smokefree ... Had the question posed to me the other day (do I smoke or not?) and I have to say that I felt kinda like a liar saying I was a non smoker. So strange. I wonder when I'll feel more comfortable with it being a part of who I am now. Have a great day!
