Lady,CONGRATULATIONS!!! Eight months is an amazing accomplishment. Today is day 50 for me, and it still is an uphill climb. I know it will be for a long time to come. I have a friend who quit 15 years ago and she says it would be easy for her to pick up those cigs again.But she said every time she thinks about smoking she thinks of why she quit. So I guess that is a message for all of us and be prepared when it happens and to remember how awful those first few weeks were like.
