RD, This place is better than you can imagine! Unfortunately I have been given my final warning by the beach authorities for ignoring the 'No Galloping' signs and kicking sand around. Just got a bit over-excited on my first couple of days! There's a beach party planned to celebrate your arrival on Sunday See you soon! Mr Ed :) :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/13/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 102 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,064 Amount Saved: 765 Life Gained: Days: 17 Hrs: 0 Mins: 40 Seconds: 27

Day 98 woohoo. I have been thinking about this for a couple of days. I started in the beginning with what week it was and here I am at day 98 and that means it is 14 weeks. 14 weeks I simply am stunned that I have been able to do this, the beach is one more full pulling stroke from my grasp I am rolling in the swell of the tidal pools. Hooray! 14 Weeks I am wild with excitement and stunned. Without this site I would have stumbled for sure. I would have let myself slip. There is no slipping here I am so fully committed to this that I am simply resolute in that I am going to achieve this. There are so many who are here and just under a year, just over a year , 2 years and everyonce in a while 4 years wow. I am going to be able to do this. I will follow in your footsteps, taking your hand offering mine and simply moving forward. Thank you all. Thanks for the inspiration and the dedication and the pure clean energy that exudes through this site. Keeping quit - staying strong - finding new and different everyday. WOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOO There is a happy dance here ;p Have a great weekend all Phillip My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/17/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 98 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,960 Amount Saved: $735 Life Gained: Days: 15 Hrs: 23 Mins: 18 Seconds: 32

So getting down to the wire on day 99. The cruise ship is heading into the beach. There is little time to pack and there are a lot of farewells. I am a little nervous and a bit shy there is so much time to be spent on the beach. There were only a few weeks on the bow the beach and there are months to go before the 612 club and I am looking forard to the beach and a nice little celebration. I know that there is little to do now but look to the light. I don't nearly feel that I am in that tunnel digging and digging and digging. I know that once I get to the other side there will be a lot of rebuilding, reestablishing and preparation for a new and very different life and it all seems so much less dramatic for me. So here we go next time I will be up here will be to do my happy dance through the sand, looking for a pina colada and some of those savoury grilled things that I have seem over at the beach. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMM Life is good and wonderful and there is much to be thankful for. See you all latter. Thanks to all my shipmates and to the crew and all the very very wonderful cabinmates. Cheers Phillip I will come back to visit this wonderful ship often, even if it is a fly by. :p My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/17/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 99 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,996 Amount Saved: $742.5 Life Gained: Days: 16 Hrs: 6 Mins: 22 Seconds: 52

Day 98 almost to an end. I am really sad today the opposit of up and there is no reason only that is the way I am today. My garden is lovely and I can really smell the lilacs and the peonies and even the full rich scent of damp dirt ready to be fulled with luscious plants. Sorry to see so many ups and downs on the board. This board seems livelier than usual and perhaps that is just me. Day 99 tomorrow and on day 100 I am doing data entry for a swim meet and I will be gone all day. It will be interesting because there will be I am sure a lot of pressure and I know I will get through with only glancing thoughts of smoking. My mind seems more peaceful and I am thankful for that. Cheers Phillip :| My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/17/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 98 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,979 Amount Saved: $735 Life Gained: Days: 16 Hrs: 3 Mins: 8 Seconds: 42

Well day 98 rolled over into day 99. Glad for that in fact I am more than glad I am downright ecstatic. Think of the alternative. 98 turns to 45 or 228 or nothing. NOT Good. So anyways 98 rolled over to 99 and I am looking forward to 100. Can you tell I am excited about day 100 coming it is like christmas or a lovely roast chicken I just can not wait for it to be here and I can actually enjoy the pleasure of the day. Off to work and then tomorrow is big swim meet! Phillip :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/17/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 99 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,986 Amount Saved: $742.5 Life Gained: Days: 16 Hrs: 4 Mins: 29 Seconds: 21
