Thank you, Thank you all that have responded to my post. I'm working the tools on the side and reading. It is so great to find out that so much of what I've gone through is the same as others. It's not been easy by no means at all. I have smoked over 30 years. I will work the tools and talk on post to help me and also to help others as I can.
