It seems like such a big accomplishment!!!
I knew it would be hard... but I never guessed this bad. I'm sleeping some better now, still having problems with numbness and dizziness and cravings... (I want a smoke to celebrate today... isn't that terrible).
Honestly; I couldn't have done it without the SSC. Everyday reading the post's and anxiously awaiting the answers. Knowing that people are going through the same "Hell" as I was seemed to have some comfort in this journey.
I want to thank you all for the understanding, comfort, and support you have given me. Thank you for grabbing and holding my hand. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers. Thank you for being on IM when I really needed you.
My only reward I will give myself, is to spend time with a friend today. A friend that has consoled me, spoken kind words. Someone that knows what I'm going through.
Take care everybody... N.O.P.E.
Ron

Thank you all for the post's!! It's so wonderful to hear from you. At 30 days, it still seems to be so much "Baby Steps or One Day At A Time" type of thing. I'm sure that will get better with time.
I very much rewarded myself visiting with my friend. The best reward I could have given myself.
N.O.P.E.
Take care,
Ron

Ron,
How proud you must be, I know that it has been a rough ride for you. But look at those stats, 30 BIG DAYS, that is awesome and congratulations.
Celebrating with a friend is great and I'M happy your friend understand what you are going through.
You know Ron,I don't know if I could have made it without SSC and all of you. The road get bumpy somethimes and that is when we need our family. My family is so supportive of me they are always doing really nice things for me. I know what they are doing they are trying to keep me busy and oh do I need to keep busy. I don't want the the past to hold me back, because I know that I will be missing all of the good stuff.....Hold on to that thought...
Blessing of light sent your way,
SUNSHINE
