Hi there.  I've found that over the long road I've been travelling that I also often feel like I need to start all over again. And that's where I am right now too.  I think the good news though is that we recognize that this is the case and are willing to do something about it...eg. setting an attainable goal.  Yesterday you went for a walk, which is awesome! Today you keep up that momentum and go for another walk!  Some people think that is an easy task but I want you to know that there is someone (and many other someones) that know exactly what you are going through.  Keep it up. You are a strong, amazing person and you are not alone.  Now breathe and put on those walking shoes!

I have had a major setback and am trying to claw my way back again. So I have gone back to square one and have set one goal. That goal is to engage in some pleasant and accomplishment type activities. I went for a walk yesterday..

Now here comes to hard part engaging myself in this one goal again today......
