Day before the big quit!

I was scared and excited too! Right now, I'm at the point where I am finally walking out of the house and not feeling like I forgot something. I am amazed at my will power because I had none with my other quits. You guys can do this! Any smoker can do it if they just put their minds to it... and if I can do it, YOU can do it too! It's funny because I can see myself as a non-smoking person and the other night I had a nightmare... lighting up and taking a drag and butting it out so I didn't get caught! Weird stuff I tell ya! Work through the program on the left! Very informative info there and without it, I honestly don't know if I could have come this far without it and this site! Congratulations to the both of you for wanting to QUIT! You have to want to QUIT more than you want to SMOKE! Good Luck to the both of you and stay positive! It helps alot! week on on the patch

Now there's an idea! I was wondering how I could wear them discretely while lounging at the pool this summer without getting two round dots on my arms from the sun! WOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I just won't tan topless! ;p

This verses a little discomfort

This is one of the main reasons I quit smoking. It's the fear of knowing I was playing with fire and not having a guarrentee of not getting burnt but I liked the flame. I'm over the flame and smoke now! I hope the only thing I've burnt are my finger tips from butting out. How selfish of me to kill myself slowly over the past 17 years. I wish I could do it over again because I would never have started if I could. CHEERS. To The Future! Smoke FREE! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/11/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 23 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 575 Amount Saved: $80.50 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 16 Mins: 19 Seconds: 35
