It's nice to have you here, the first 4 days are the hardest, but after that it's getting better. Here you get all the support you both need. Think about that it is a habit and find things you can do instead of smoking. That helped me a lot. It all in the mind I think. I feel 100 % better as a non-smoker. Keep up and be strong, after that you will be happy not to smoke :)

Hi gang, I've got the results. There are 3 cystes (maybe writing is different in English) found in my breast. Nothing to worry about. Next friday I will get more news about how that will be treated. I'm ok. I didn't even think about smoking in the stressful time I've had this weekend. That means I'm doing well. Thanks for all the nice support you gave me and also thanks for the prayers you sent me.
