A few weeks ago, my wife ( a non 'never'- smoker) woke up one morning, complaining of an itch on the side of her body.
It turned out that my nicotine patch had somehow detached itself from my arm and attached itself to my wife.
I have to say that she was less than impressed, though fortunately, she managed to resist the temptation to take up the patch-wearing habit.
Another successful quit story

Hi CybrDuke,
I can only echo what RedRosie says. I've had no trouble in coming down each level and hardly noticed when coming off the patches altogether.
I think it's all to do with wanting to give up more than wanting to smoke and with your attitude I'm sure you will win!

Lady,
You are an inspiration to us all. Congratulations on your achievements - I'm sure your kids are proud of you.
This is a great example of what can be done if you live your life, rather than 'smoking the time away'

Hi all you Knights of the Empty AshTray (February quitters). Somehow when I joined, I missed all the stuff about quit groups, ie a group of people with the same 'quit month' in common. Riverdale Man put me right on this yesterday.
Other groups are compiling a list of members/locations;
I'll start one here if anybody's interested:
