CobenFan has given you great advice. You've given yourself freedom to do what you want since you have quit. For me at home, i bought one of those Fuzzy Posters that you color with markers, so when I sit down at home i color instead of smoke. It occupies my hands and then when I finish it i will have something to show for my time instead of a full ashtray.
So far, knock on wood, my quit has not been hard. i entered it with the knowledge that I had finally chosen to be smoke free. i do get urges, but i dismiss them with a thought to myself, "no, it's my choice".
my body is doing so many weird things now. I have broke out in what is known as "quitzits" all over my body along with all the other typical symptons, but I am grateful that my body is healing it's self.
I am glad you have this site. It has a tremendous wealth of knowledge from the members who walk before us.
Free to choose, free to live smokefree.
