Celebrating day 343!

RD - You know I get it - I am at that exact point - I am a Knight and I get it. Rolling to that one year mark and you can breathe. Being able to exercise and realizing how great your lungs feel. So happy to be off most all my asthma meds. (I only need them if the temp drops below freezing and in AZ that is four times a year. lol) Celebrate and swim until your lungs are filled with as much air as you want. I have a pool and I know how that feels. It is amazing how long I can hold my breath now. It feels so great to just kick off and go and go and go and let my lungs use what they took in. They are healing and holding so much more air now. Just imagine what a couple more years will be like - they will be like new. Blessings and good breathing! Swim and hope that freestyle is gliding through the water! Enjoy! Allison

KNIGHTS FINAL LIST take a look.. pretty impressive !!!

RD - So right to celebrate a HUGE Celebration. The big one is here! I am in The Closet Smoker no more! I love that I no longer hide - I no longer stink - I no longer fear the feeling of being locked by an silly little stick and the ugly C word that was going to get me. I am celebrating breathing deeper and running faster! Anyone jumping on the treadmill with me? I love my 40 lbs that are gone. (I actually lost weight since I can breath - I am off my asthma medicine. hummmmmmmmmm) Stupid cancer sticks - killing myself - I was. Let's CELEBRATE - ONE YEAR IS HERE!!!! (OK - I am the 21st - But I am starting early with a jog around the block. lol) My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/21/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 344 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,070 Amount Saved: $464.4 Life Gained: Days: 29 Hrs: 0 Mins: 30 Seconds: 5
