I really want to quit

Cuddles Now listen and take some real deep breaths. I know as does everyone else how hard this quit thing is. You are at least trying to do this. Think of those out there who won't even give a thought to trying to quit. I was one of those a few months back. You can do this. Remember to just get through the moment when a crave hits you. Do whatever it takes not to light up. Come in here and post whenever you feel like having "just one". Wait for at least 3 responses before you do anything. Another thing I did was go to places where I couldn't smoke such as the library, mall or anywhere it's no smokiing. Are you using any NRTS to help you. You might want to consider those. Good luck my friend. Keep your quit. vicki just 1 puff away from 2 packs a day My Milage: My Quit Date: 10/17/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 91 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,655 Amount Saved: $637 Life Gained: Days: 12 Hrs: 10 Mins: 22 Seconds: 27

where to begin?

Well aposie You have to realize that smoking is not a good thing. As long as you think it is and that you enjoy it, you will never achieve your quit. You have to hate it so much that you are willing to go through a lot of pain to give it up. Please read the Dear John Letter to a cigarette in one of the forums. It says it all. You are worth this quit and we all want to see you succeed. Get ready for the ride of your life and understand we will be there with you on the way. keep the quit vicki just 1 puff away from 2 packs a day My Milage: My Quit Date: 10/17/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 91 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,655 Amount Saved: $637 Life Gained: Days: 12 Hrs: 10 Mins: 15 Seconds: 0

Monday Pledge

After another smoke free week-end I resolve today to keep my quit and to help any who need support in theirs. The journey we are taking is a hard one at times, but the end results are well worth it. We as a group of quitters are here because we want to take back control of our lives and we will. I will never take my quit for granted, for I know that at any moment I could become a smoker again. This quit is a precious gift to me and I plan to embrace it. Hope everyone here has a good day and as always I'm just: 1 puff away from 2 packs a day vicki ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 10/17/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 91 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,652 Amount Saved: $637 Life Gained: Days: 12 Hrs: 10 Mins: 3 Seconds: 12
