Iv had a few smoking dreams myself. I was smoking and Ifelt extremly guilty. Ifelt like I totly failed. When I woke up I felt relieved because I was still smoke free and I wasnt failing. It really got me through my day.
Iv been smoke free for almost 3 weeks. I was really depressed for about a week and a half. Im feeling much better now. It was like I lost something.[my friend]. Hang in there. When you stop havig as many cravings and start thinking like a non smoker you feel alot better.

Iv been on chantix for almost 4 weeks. Iv been smoke free for almost 3 weeks. I felt wierd and spaced out for the first couple of weeks. Part of it is the nicotine withdrawl symtoms. Your having carbon monoxide withdrawl. You will be back to normal soon.I am. All i get now is a stomach ache when I take the pill. I try to take it with food. That seems to really help. Oh I also have a little trouble falling asleep. That is also a side affect of not smoking. Keep taking it.I feel like it really helped me. It wasnt as hard to quit as I thought it was going to be. good luck.

Wow sounds like a dream i had. I was in a mall, and I stoped to buy 2 packes of smokes[the brand I smoked]. I opened a pack, smoked one, then realized I dont smoke anymore. Ahh the guilt. That feeling makes me never want to smoke again.
