Sorry

Sorry for jumping in for help without introducing myself first. My name is Lee.91 days smoke free.Did not think I would make it this far. This is my third attempt at quiting in 30 years. Quit "cold turkey" each time.I wanted to let all of you how much confidence you give me. I am feeling better. Having read a lot of these threads and seen myself in so many.I told my Dr.about this site so he could recommend it to others. Thanks again,I feel so much support. Have a great day ls My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/10/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 91 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,465 Amount Saved: $273 Life Gained: Days: 11 Hrs: 23 Mins: 20 Seconds: 30

prescribed meds

Hey ,4my2girls, You gave me the wisdom to know I needed help from my dr. I knew the dark place you spoke of all too well. Thank you for sharing your story. I read your thread about being tired. Seeing family and friends smoking in garage...I also see my family, friends, neighbors smoking in my garage. This is when I stop and think about the big picture,I want to live to be here with them. The main reason for my quiting is health issues.Think about those 2 girls and yourself. You really are doing a great job of quiting. Hugs ls My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/10/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 92 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,485 Amount Saved: $276 Life Gained: Days: 12 Hrs: 3 Mins: 14 Seconds: 12
