This is my sixth sunday too. It's true that it's gets a little bit easier everyday.
Everyday, when i wake up, i make a promise to myself that it will be a smoke free. The trick is to take a day at a time.

My answer to this one is yes and no....let me explain.
My parents got divorced when i was 2 years old. My mom quit smoking when i was about 7 years old. She's the one who raised me.
However, my dad smoked (he still does) but he lives a few hours away from me.
