BFS,
I cant really say that I feel like you are describing, but my mouth use to taste like I just got finished smoking. This happened about 3 weeks into my last quit. Lately, my sinuses have been stopped up and my mouth is extremely dry when I wake up in the mornings. For about the past week I have been having dizzy spells, which will be a different thread as soon as I type it out.
If you find out anything on your ghost smoke, let us know.

For about the past week I have been feelin pretty dizzy. I thought it might be the zyban and so I quit takin it. Two days later , the dizzy stuff is still with me.
I have read that sometimes the withdraw from nicotene and carbon monoxide can cause dizziness. I'm almost three weeks into my quit. Is this possible this late into it?
Three weeks in on my last quit was not like this. I felt like I could taste smoke, but no dizziness.
Opinions Please.
Thanx
Tony :)
