I'm so happy to get your support. So far it has been a breeze. I will let you in on what I did this time, but I want to wait awhile before I start bragging. So far it has been great.

Yes, I know this site can really help. I remember Lolly. I would love to hear from her. I feel so confident this time. I am now a non-smoker and will stay one.
You can do it. I too smoked about 22 years. welcome aboard. We can do it, we can do it. I was on this site about One year ago. Loved the connection with the same. I think I have better tools this time and will remain a non-smoker.

I have smoked for 21 years. Didn't understand when I bought that first pack I would become the adddict that I did. I have tried to quit several times. Last time I joined the SSC. It worked for a while then personal problems and pressures won out. I have tried about all the NRT's and was about to give up whenever I decided to go to a hypno-therapist. I knew if this didn't work I didn't know if I ever would quit. I went last week (nov. 28) I was pretty skeptical and didn't know if it would work. I left there and I have not smoked one cig.I didn'tgothroughhell week like I did last time. ( this is day 7) I did have one really bad coughing spell which the Dr. said is normal in getting my lungs back to normal. I can honestly tell you I have had no real bad nicotine withdrawals. I went back to another session today and will probably go for one more after that. i want to make sure this is way back in my sub-conscious that I will never, never, want to smoke again. This has helped me tremendously mentally and physically. I feel like a new person. I know this might not work for everyone but this is the way I did it and it really worked. I'm for what works for everybody else. Everyones quit is different and I wish the best of luck to all of us.
NOT ONE MORE CIG. FOR ME
