hi everyone out there and everywhere i cant stop tooting my own horn at being quit for 50 weeks, 50 amazing weeks riding the craves, gaining the weight having every reason to go back but never giving in and never will, i look at smokers andthink its not possible i was one of them, they look out of place in society i have noticed that mostly its a low class thing to stand on the outside of a building and smoke what a waste of money and lives, they literally at this point make me sick, thankfully in my entire family and extended family not a person smokes neither do any of my friends, so its really become normal to be a non smoker

hi healthystar the best way to quit is just do it and never look back thats the way it happened with me and after riding the craves fighting the battles here i am i also wanted to know and feel what it means to be a non smoker, my commitment to quitting had to do with jeulosy that my sister had quit without my knowledge, we both smoked for 35 years, can u imagine all that money smoked out the windows of both our homes so cold turkey i went, and feel good not only no more coughing mornings but having accomplished something myself hang in and hang tough if i can u can and anyone can just keep doing it is all that it is about really
