2 Weeks down...

The first 2 weeks are the hardest.  And you did it, Way To Go!!!  I had some sleep problems too but then I tried going to bed at the same time each night, no more reading in bed, ect.  I made the bed just for sleep and as a reward I bought some comfy pj's.  Now I sleep like a rock.  As far cravings go I just tell my self ' I cant give in! I'm a non-smoker!'.

Hi to All

Hi Olive!  8 days is great!  I didnt use Chantix but had two friends who did and it worked well for them.  As I remember they took it for a week or two befor they quit smoking and continued to take it for some time afterward.  They are both still quit and they quit befor I did.  I wish you the best in your quit!

Nice choice!  I'm in and I'll take a hurricane (the drink not the storm) just the second we get there. Love New Orleans.

Will cross fingers for ya too on Halloween so you'll have a bunch of luck on your side for your doc visit.  Maybe I'll cross a few other things too and call it my costume   .

Feel so good it scares me...

I'm glad to hear that hell week is going so well for you and tomarrow will be the end of the worst week of the process.   Dizzy?  That worries me a bit; I'd think if it keeps up you may want to get that checked out but over coming cravings deserves a reward, especially after hell week is over.  Do something nice for yourself.  You deserve it!
