Happy new year.

Let's make it a sober one. I know it's New Year's Day, but it does feel good thinking I haven't had a drink since last year!

109 days ...

Well done Captain, I am hoping to be able to say the same when I reach my goal. I am going to take it every day as it comes. Instead of my now traditional Saturday visit to the pub (where I would end up spending most of the day and most of my money) I am going to Costa Coffee.

Happy new year.

Sorry but I have let myself down. Had some beer bought from colleague at work, I had forgot about it until later today. Sadly I have drank them, if it wasn't there I am positive I would have been ok and not had anything. Tomorrow is another day and I won't drink. Sorry.

Happy new year.

Am sorry to say again that my Will power gave in. On the positive side I only drank a half of what I would have done usually on a Friday night and another plus is that I didn't go to the pub after work. I thought I could go without totally from the start but finding it difficult. I think a little less often leading to my goal.
Please advise if this is normal?
