1 January 2019 - New Years Resolution!

Hey welcome to the quit year of 2019. I hope we both do it successfully.
When I am at home I do not wear a patch as no one smokes around me and I do not get worked up
However during the week I did wear a patch when I was at work. And yes it works only thing I don not like about patches is you get sore patch where you wore the patch after you remove it and please make sure you take it off when you sleep otherwise you will some imaginative dreams. Ive set my target to buy XRP with all the money I save so try and do the same.

I want a quit buddy as dertermined as I am.

6th day in probably my hardest day, first time driving and spending time with the kids, without smoking bit got to maintain that goal of replacing all the cigarette money by buying crypto and having a better life for it.

Having a bad Day Three

hey do not worry you will now start relaxing and them have another bad run where you will really feel like you cant do it, It the nicotine playing tricks with you. You . have done well for the first two days now you got to carry on for the rest of your life. Personally quit at start of the year first three days, 10-16 where hard also and middle of feb about day 42. however me saving all this money and buying cryptocurrency has defo put me in good stead. my suggestion find something to spend the money on.
