Hi I have been smoke free for 1 week

Original Post by: treez
Question, How long does it take so you dont think about smoking all the time. I smoke for 35 yrs and I am really trying hard but dern its a struggle.
My friend, I as well have quit in the last week and am so excited to be on the other end !
I'm sure it's normal to think about smoking because of the fact that we have smoked so long.
(43) years here but I think I will always think about smoking daily. It has been part of my
day for most of my life so I'm sure it will stick around BUT....we don't have to smoke !

Loving my new life...Ya Hoo !!!
