Finally doing it!

Almost two weeks. Started with the patch but have been going without it for a couple of days. Terrible withdrawal symptoms and hope they end soon. It has been helpful reading posts from other newbies like me, thank you.

Finally doing it!

Getting through the craving part is somewhat easy, now if I could just move on from the dizzyness , cramps, sleeplessness , growling stomach , runny nose , and dry cough it could really help my mood.

Introduction/Looking for Support

Hello and congratulations on your quit. I changed my routine in the morning by drinking less coffee, I now actually eat a little breakfast. Don't sit in the same place you usually do. I changed my routines throughout the day like that.

This is Tough

I also have felt more of the urge at work. What I've done is change my routine there a bit. I get up and take a short walk a couple of times a day. I also drink lots of water and juice.

Smoke free! So far I?m surviving

Congratulations! Yes the bloating and cramping happened around the same time for me but that passed by the third or fourth week. Definitely not an easy process but keep it up.
