How long did it take for you to feel better?

I posted this because I was wondering if this is normal and if I need to seek medical help or am I just making up things in my mind.

Allen Carr?s book "Easy way..."

Hello guys! I guess most of you have read Allen Carr's book. I read it a long time ago ( in the beginning of 2012) and didn't help me.  I actually read it twice. In his book there are many things that are contradictory to the reality. I wonder how many of you have read his book and really had some effect on you ?

I admit that the book changed the way I think of smoking but nothing more and don't you think that in the book smoking is represented as something you could easily escape from ?
