You guys are all amazing! It's day 7 and one heck of a ride!! I'm still smoke free even though it's extremely tough. I think it is a mentally draining experience too. The social aspect of smoking in my household is tough. I've been experiencing panic attacks but I will NOT give in. I have come this far and there is nothing going to stop me now.
I rewarded myself this week by purchasing a paint by number, latch hook kit and needle point kit. Now keep in mind I am so not crafty! But I need to do something else to occupy my hands and this is working so far..give or take.
Other than that, things are going well, and hopefully things will continue as well.

I am on day 48 and I really miss it too. It's very strange but I guess after 20 years of smoking when you don't have it anymore, it's like losing a friend (evil friend granted). I just want to be able to not miss it..will that ever happen?
