I?m new! Day #2

Hi Bonzi,
Day 3 for you, and if you haven't caved in, you should have almost all of the nicotine out of your system by now.  Hang in there, it WILL get easier as time goes by. It may not seem like it at first, but it will.
Maybe 2017 will be you and your partners year for becoming a quitter!

Hello all.  I am new here.  In the middle of day #2 without any smokes.  Jan 1 and 2 were the cut down on smokes days.  I am doing this with my partner.  Yesterday we had a "cranky pants" day And it was hard.  Today we are doing much better!  ??
