Starting my quitting journey!

Welcome Missliss,

Congrats on getting started. You sound determined!

I encourage you to talk to your doctor about your racing heart rate to ensure everything is ok.

How are you feeling today?

Hi everyone!

I'm 2 days into my journey to quit. The cravings have been hard! I'm experiencing some withdrawal symptoms right now-headache, dizziness, and feeling spaced out, but I'm determined to kick the habit! I tried using the patch, but was experiencing a rapid heart rate. Tried cutting it in half, but no results. I'm good with the cravings at work, but when I get home is when they get really bad! Especially when I want to relax and unwind after a long work day. But I remind myself that I am taking a trip in 2 months to Mexico to see my sister get married and I want to be completely smoke free for her big day! Lots to look forward to!
