Congrats on your 18 days of your final quit.  I have tried many many times before but for some reason I to know this is my final quit.  I am not saying "I am trying." no I am saying "I AM A NON-SMOKER!!!"    As they say don't forget to reward yourself, because we are so worth this final quit.

Thank you :) I have quit before but gor some reason this time I know that I am done . That said , we still can use all the support we can get so I downloaded the app with hope it would keep me busy when I feel weak and help motivate me to stay smoke free ;)

Hi my name is Angel and I was a smokaholic Lol ;) Seriously though I quit 18 days ago , my last cigarettes at 10:30 AM and I have never felt better !!! I can already feel differences and even see it in my skin and face ( yes I am Vain so what ). If you're thinking about stopping ...just do it , it's worth it !
