You are a serious ash kicker!. I love your attitude. I also have a list with my top ten reasons to quit and  I read them every night. You are doing great, The worst week is over. Now hang on, becaus the heck week is about the mental part of the addiciton. Right now you are free from the physical dependence. So just defeat one smoking tought at a time, and you will be fine! Your attitude screams success!
