I read Jan's posts and felt her strength giving me strength. Quitting smoking can be done alone, but success for me, is dependent on being here. For once I am not going to describe all the barriers I have encountered in trying to quit and stay quit. It could be a long and sad novel.
I am not even interested in reading this novel, for I will just feel guilty. So, today I am writing a new chapter...one that includes all of you as primary characters :)
I am going to be here each and everyday. I might not write daily, but I will certainly read. IT does work wonders ..this place.
ok all...take good care and know that I am supporting you, as I know you are me.
