Hi had enough - a warm welcome - Stay very close to this site - and take the time to read new and old posts... Build your toolbox of coping skills as you will need them in the tough times. This Quit journey is tough, and it's doable, one moment at a time. As long as you want to Quit MORE than you want to light up, YOU HAVE IT MADE... Stay close, post often and be gentle w/yourself right now... Good job Hard Enough! Be proud of yourself and keep taking one step at a time. We all get through the tough times by remembering N.O.P.E. Not One Puff Ever. As long as you don't light that next cigarette, you have got it made. Take really deep breaths too. That seems to help get you through some tough times as well. Welcome to our quit family. Hi had enough. With your strength in already breaking one addiction, I have no doubt that you will conquer this one too. It is no fun being where you are - in hell week - but thankfully it passes with noone ever dying from withdrawal. And managing to quit with teens in your house - oh my - what strength. If you cravings get bad enough, your frustration high enough, go throw old dishes at trees. (sorry trees) Do anything but smoke and you will make it through this. Then you will discover how delicious freedom is. Go Go Go!
