Hello. I just turned 25 a week ago and finally quit for good. I figured it was the best presen I could give myself for turning a quarter century. I actually was wondering the same thing myself. I am 24 and have smoked for about 8 years total. I quit for 2 years after I had my daughter and then gradually started smoking again after that. Hi there! Well, I'm 34. I too, at almost one month quit after 18 years of smoking, feel better than I ever did. Even in my teen years! So I am proud to tell my age. (That and I dont look a day older than 25!) ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 29 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 884 Amount Saved: $94.83 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 8 Mins: 55 Seconds: 24

I'm 28 as of last month and I do feel better now then I have for the last few years. I smoked for 14 years, half of my life. I'm so glad I made the choice to quit. It has been rough though. Even if you're young at heart. I'm just wondering how many of us are in our teens? 20's? 30's? I can only imagine that the urge and need to quit increases with age. How many of us out there are quit and considered youngins? I'm 26.
