Bobbi, Don;t feel bad..... it seems to be common. I did too. Change things around a bit. Chew cinnamin gum instead of mint.... or suckers instead of gum. Stuff like that. Hi Bobbi, I had some really bad craves on day 36. Yep I remember the day because I couldn't figure out why it was happening when the quit had gone quite easy till then. I guess it is just all part of the process and we will have good and bad days. Atleast we know our days are better without the cigarettes. Hang in there :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/21/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 47 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 955 Amount Saved: $305.5 Life Gained: Days: 6 Hrs: 15 Mins: 28 Seconds: 58

Hi Bobbi, Perhaps because you were so busy with your family the last few weeks, and now that things are quieter, you have more time on your hands. You just need a little different set of tools to keep you occupied and busy at home! You 'll do fine! Hang in there! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 61 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,535 Amount Saved: $643.55 Life Gained: Days: 7 Hrs: 10 Mins: 1 Seconds: 9
